Yesterday we went to Oak Grove by Pine Valley Mtn. to camp.  On the way up we blew a tire out, I changed it and we limped up the mountain towing our tent trailer.  My wife is a month away from having our fifth child and she needed to go back to Toquerville late in the afternoon while I stayed at camp to work on dutch oven potatoes.  So being the wonderful husband I am I decided to take the car early to fix the tire so she wouldn't get stuck.  Needles to say I blew another tire half way down the Mtn.  I decided I had better just hoof it down to Leeds so I could call some family to pick me up.  4.3 miles later and halfway through Leeds my dad made it there to take me to get my truck.  Everything worked out great and we still enjoyed great Dutch oven potatoes and chicken with the rest of the family.  It was a great weekend.

I ran a mile and a half in 9:49 which is a personal best for me.  My wife who is expecting our fifth kid walked almost 2 miles at a decent pace, she is amazing.  I still managed to pull out the 2.1 mile run in 15.42 so I did slow down quit a bit after the mile and a half.  it felt really good to run again.
