Another treadmill day. I have 2 kids down with the flu, not fun, thank goodness for a wonderful wife. Good news though, today at work I took my blood pressure and it was down to 107/71. I think this running is really helping me. Is it normal to be gaining weight while running? I am up to 180, I know muscle weighs more than fat, but that is ten pounds in 3 weeks? Any ideas? |
